After two years of doing absolutely no exercise, I was talked into joining an upcoming Warrior Dash 5K mud run event coming up in July. I'm a little nervous about the obstacles and my stamina. I was in great shape a few years ago, but stopped working out and became the computer/TV/Video game person. My biggest accomplishment became getting Call of Duty kill streaks.
Now, here I am training for a tough person competition. Anyone else done these events?
